The success of any industry conference depends on a host of factors – a great location, amazing speakers, relevant topics, exciting networking events, and more. And, looking back at PowerUp 2024, our annual client-exclusive education conference, we’re thrilled to hear that our attendees declared this event a great success.

The three-day event took place at the Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa in Savannah, Georgia. Colleagues from the ARM and Healthcare industries came together to discuss the latest trends and hottest topics in their industry. They also learned about the latest advancements in Finvi’s products.

That included a major announcement. We were proud to announce the launch of our new SaaS platform for the third-party ARM market, Velosidy, at PowerUp 2024. After three years of planning, research, and building, it was a thrill to finally show this innovative collections and payments platform to our attendees. Velosidy was built to help collections organizations reduce their total cost of ownership by providing savings in IT overhead while also allowing agencies to innovate faster, drive revenue, and future-proof their systems.

These benefits were echoed by our Early Adopter clients, who came together for a panel discussion on their experience thus far with Velosidy. While they are in different phases of early adoption, they shared details on the migration process for their businesses, including the prep work ahead of time, and their reactions to seeing the platform in action. Many shared some initial benefits they have experienced, as well as their opinions on the benefits Velosidy would provide into the future.

Aside from our exciting news, PowerUp 2024 featured an energetic keynote address from author Jeremy Gutsche on the transforming landscapes of technology, society, and business, including the current and future role of AI within technology innovation.

Technology innovation was a key theme that permeated through many of the sessions, including those for the healthcare vertical. Session leaders and industry specialists shared details about the innovations happening to benefit revenue cycle organizations in the healthcare industry, especially the role of automation.

But it wasn’t all about learning. PowerUp 2024 included numerous networking sessions and plenty of opportunities for attendees to relax and enjoy the city of Savannah. Among them, at the end of each day’s sessions, attendees were invited to make S’mores by the hotel’s fire pits while continuing conversations from earlier sessions or just sitting back, relaxing, and enjoying the beautiful view of the Savannah River.

Our annual event concluded with a Night Out at Electric Moon – a rooftop lounge with stunning river views overlooking Plant Riverside set against illuminated smokestacks. It was a fun-filled evening of live music, food, cocktails, games, and a spiral slide taking riders to an open-air adult playground.
