Tim O’Brien
Chief Executive Officer
As CEO of Finvi, Tim brings a wealth of experience scaling fast-growing companies and helping customers thrive. For nearly a decade, he served as Chief Marketing and Commercial Operations Officer and in other key leadership roles for athenahealth, a leading cloud-based healthcare services company whose annual revenues grew dramatically during his tenure.
Responsible for developing athenahealth’s go-to-market strategy, service positioning, lead generation, channel partnerships, inside sales, sales enablement, and all commercial operations, Tim was not only focused on seizing market opportunities, but also committed to helping healthcare providers and their vendor partners strengthen their revenue cycle, improve the patient experience, and accelerate top- and bottom-line growth.
Prior to joining Finvi, Tim served as CEO of Groups Recover Together, an organization that provides effective and affordable treatment for opiate addiction.
Born and raised in the greater Boston area, Tim earned a degree in finance from the Catholic University of America and an MBA from Babson College.

Jean Holder
Interim Chief Financial Officer
As Finvi’s interim Chief Financial Officer, Jean Holder manages the company’s finance, sales operations, IT and corporate services and data analytics functions. Jean has spent more than 20 years in executive-level positions at a wide range of professional services companies. Her roles have driven strong operational and financial performance working broadly across the organization. Jean’s experience includes raising growth capital and leading mergers & acquisitions.
Prior to Finvi, Jean served for two years as the EVP CFO and COO for Lightship, Inc, a virtual first clinical trial service provider. Jean began her career at Accenture (NYSE ACN) where she held numerous financial roles including being CFO for several global business units. In addition to working in venture capital start ups such as Lightship, Jean has had middle market company experience, including three years as CFO at Merkle Inc, a customer relationship marketing agency specializing in data based marketing solutions.
Jean received her BS Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Raj Sethuraman
Chief Technology Officer
As Chief Technology Officer at Finvi, Raj oversees the product engineering and software development activities for all products within the company’s portfolio. Raj has substantial leadership experience in driving technology transformations for global companies, including Intuit Inc., Wolters Kluwer, United Health Care Group, and Agilent Technologies.
Prior to joining Finvi, Raj served as CTO for Wolters Kluwer – ELM solutions delivered a next-gen technology platform and launched greenfield innovations leveraging advanced technologies.
Raj is a graduate of Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management Program. He earned his MBA from the University of Southern California, a Master of Science from the SJCE School of Engineering in Mysore, India, and a Bachelor of Science in Electronics and Instrumentation from Annamalai University in Chidambaram, India.

Priti Shah
Chief Product Officer
Priti Shah brings 20+ years of corporate and product strategy experience to the Finvi executive leadership team. In her role as Chief Product Officer, Priti is responsible for developing the vision of Finvi's product portfolio strategy and road map to ensure we are building and delivering the best possible client experiences.
Prior to joining Finvi, Priti held several senior leadership positions driving corporate and product strategy at Element K, Skillsoft and Citrix Systems. Most recently she served as Vice President of Product and Solutions at Wolters Kluwer Heath where she was responsible for the product strategy and execution of the global clinical effectiveness product portfolio.
Priti is a Harvard Business School Alumni of the General Management Program and holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Marketing from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Ray Peloso
Chief Customer Officer
Ray Peloso serves as Finvi's Chief Customer Officer, leading the company’s customer experience strategy initiatives. He is responsible for building best-in-class experiences that strategically strengthen and promote client relationships.
Prior to joining Finvi, Ray served since 2015 as President and CEO of Katabat, where he led the company’s growth and market success. Prior to joining Katabat in 2014, Ray held diverse executive leadership roles at Royal Bank of Scotland, Capital One, Citibank, and MBNA. His understanding of today’s rapidly evolving digital economy supports a critical role in Finvi's vision to transform the receivables payment journey.
Ray received a BA from Georgetown University and an MBA from Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business, where he is currently a member of the MBA Alumni Advisory Council.

Michael Daughton
Chief Commercial Officer
As Chief Commercial Officer of Finvi, Mike leads the go-to-market strategy, commercial marketing, and sales execution teams across all market segments including Healthcare, Accounts Receivable Management, and Government - building on the 40+ year legacy of Finvi delivering financial wellness to the clients we serve.
For the past 25 years, Mike advanced through leadership roles in growth software and services organizations including Optum/United Healthcare and Thomson Reuters. Most recently, Mike spent nearly a decade at M*Modal / AQuity, leading various Sales and Marketing teams through a period of rapid growth, culminating in the acquisition of M*Modal's technology business in January 2019 by 3M and the formation and successful launch and scale of AQuity to highly successful shareholder outcomes in September 2021.
Recognized as the market leader and pioneer in clinical documentation solutions, M*Modal and AQuity delivered transformational solutions to healthcare provider organizations including first-to-cloud EMR speech recognition, real-time workflow clinical documentation improvement solutions, and first-to-virtualize medical scribing solutions at scale with over 3,000 providers deployed. During this time of rapid growth, the organization delivered Best in KLAS awards (9X) and #1 in Black Book (8X) through commercial execution and putting the client at the center. During this period, Mike was recognized five times as Sales Leader of the Year, scaling the sales organization to over 30 employees, and developed a culture of continuous learning and development for the Sales and Marketing teams.
Mike currently resides with his family in Minnesota and is an MBA graduate from Texas Christian University.

Rozanne Andersen
Vice President and
Chief Compliance Officer
A passionate advocate for the accounts receivable management industry before Federal and state legislative and regulatory bodies, Rozanne is one of the most respected and widely sought experts in her field.
Over the past 30+ years, Rozanne has served with distinction in a variety of roles including general counsel, vice president of government affairs, executive vice president, and CEO of ACA International, the Association of Credit and Collection Professionals. She has also served as an attorney in private practice specializing in banking and financial services.
As Finvi's Chief Compliance Officer, Rozanne oversees the design of innovative compliance management solutions for clients in the healthcare, accounts receivable management (ARM), and government markets. Her input and influence at every stage of product development help ensure clients have the tools they need to navigate an increasingly complex regulatory and legislative environment, to mitigate risk, and to solve their most challenging business problems.
In addition, Rozanne leads several company programs—Consumer Financial Law Compliance, Compliance Consulting Services, and Compliance Outsourcing—which she continually refines to keep pace with market and regulatory changes.
Rozanne is deeply committed to helping business owners, executives, and government officials understand and manage the legal and practical issues they face. Considered a leading authority on collection-related compliance, she is frequently asked to share her perspective in person or in print by ACA International, Receivables Management Association International, insideARM, the North American Collection Agency Regulators Association, Clerk of Court associations, and state and local government associations, among others.
During her career, Rozanne has driven critical amendments to the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act, the Health Insurance Portability Act, and numerous statewide consumer protection laws. She has also served as an expert witness for the Federal Trade Commission and private parties.
In 2004, Rozanne was named Attorney of the Year by Minnesota Lawyer. In 2008, she was named one of the “5 Women You Should Know” by Collections & Credit Risk, and in 2020, she received an international Compliance Officer of the Year award from Women in Compliance.
Rozanne earned her J.D. from the William Mitchell College of Law.

Dan Ward
Vice President,
Payments Commercialization
Dan comes to Finvi with over 15 years of experience driving growth strategies within technology companies.
Prior to joining Finvi, Dan held several senior leadership positions with healthcare technology companies throughout various stages of scale and growth. Most recently he served as Vice President of Growth Enablement at Waystar where he was responsible for coordinating growth strategies across the hospital and health system market.
Dan is a graduate of Dartmouth College and earned an MBA at Yale University’s School of Management.

Alex Forman
Vice President and General Counsel
Integrity, passion, and a creative perspective have distinguished Alex’s tenure at Finvi. As Vice President and General Counsel, Alex is responsible for the company’s legal compliance and information security department and is a member of the company’s leadership team.
Alex has extensive experience in the areas of risk management, licensing, tech transactions, privacy, litigation management, and intellectual property law. Clients ranging from startups, software companies, and pension funds to tech transfer offices and large health systems have relied on Alex’s information technology expertise and his guidance to achieve real results across a variety of legal faculties.
Before joining Finvi in 2012, Alex served as a partner for Ice Miller LLP, where he began his legal career in 2001. Alex earned his J.D., magna cum laude, from the Robert H. McKinney – Indiana University School of Law (Indianapolis). He is admitted to practice law in Indiana and in front of the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office as a patent attorney.

Jenn Piacitelli
Vice President, Talent
As VP, Talent, Jenn Piacitelli is responsible for all aspects of the company’s talent function and end-to-end employee lifecycle including talent acquisition, talent development, and engagement and operations. With over 20 years of experience, her expertise is leading the talent function during times of transformation in high-growth companies from startups to leading global organizations.
Jenn most recently worked at Carbonite, a publicly held, global cloud storage solutions company, leading the global talent management and development functions. Over her tenure, she led due diligence and integration change management initiatives related to several company acquisitions. She scaled the HR function, building out the HR business partner, HR operations, HRIS, total rewards, and learning and development teams globally. Jenn also was responsible for driving the company culture and creating employee engagement initiatives to foster a “best place to work.”
Jenn has prior experience leading the HR function in technology and investment services startups, helping to scale the organizations. She has also managed her own consulting practice, creating experiential learning programs to build more cohesive teams for her clients and providing career coaching guidance.
Jenn has her BS from Babson College and MBA from the F.W. Olin School of Business at Babson College. She also is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Co-Active Training Institute (formerly The Coaches Training Institute).
