Tim O’Brien

Chief Executive Officer

Bio

In his three years as CEO of Finvi, Tim has led the company’s growth, overseeing multiple corporate acquisitions and the expansion of Finvi’s core solutions. Tim has a wealth of experience scaling fast-growing companies and helping customers thrive. For nearly a decade, he served as Chief Marketing and Commercial Operations Officer and in other key leadership roles for athenahealth, a leading cloud-based healthcare services company whose annual revenue grew dramatically during his tenure.

Raj Sethuraman

President, Chief Product & Technology Officer

Bio

Raj is responsible for product vision, product strategy, product engineering and software development activities for all products within Finvi’s portfolio. Raj has substantial leadership experience in formulating and launching product strategies, and driving technology transformations for global companies, including Intuit Inc., Wolters Kluwer, United Health Care Group, and Agilent Technologies.

Rashi Khanna

Chief Operating Officer

Bio

Rashi is responsible for Finvi's client operations across its diverse product portfolio. Rashi has a wealth of experience in operating, scaling, and transforming business functions for cloud-based businesses. Prior to joining Finvi, Rashi has held several leadership roles in global operations, strategic planning, enterprise-scale consulting services delivery and customer success in the software industry. Most recently, she was at Oracle Corporation as their Vice President of Global Business Operations for its Life Sciences industry unit for 13 years.

Laura Granahan

Chief Financial Officer

Bio

Laura is responsible for financial planning and reporting with a focus on developing and implementing key strategies and initiatives to support finvi’s expansion. Laura has more than 20 years of experience managing through key corporate inflection points of growth, integration and transformation in both publicly traded and privately held companies including Staples, athenahealth, SharkNinja and Presidio.

Laura holds an MBA from MIT’s Sloan School of Management and a B.S. from the United States Naval Academy.

Kevin Holst

Chief Revenue Officer

Bio

Kevin is an experienced healthcare executive who joined Finvi from Groups Recover Together, where he served as Chief Commercial Officer through their early growth stage. Prior to joining Groups, he ran the Enterprise Division of athenahealth, a public health information technology business focusing on delivering network-enabled services to provider and payer organizations nationwide. Kevin has more than 30 years of diverse healthcare experience which includes the development of the first generation of electronic health records. He has extensive experience in healthcare fintech, alternative payment models, and population health management, including work with innovative payvider organizations focused on managing Medicare/Medicaid risk.

Dan Ward

Senior Vice President, Marketing & Payments

Bio

Dan has nearly 20 years of experience driving growth strategies within technology companies. Prior to joining Finvi, Dan held several senior leadership positions with healthcare technology companies throughout various stages of scale and growth. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Growth Enablement at Waystar, where he was responsible for coordinating growth strategies across the hospital and health system market.

Angela Erwin

Vice President, Risk and Compliance

Bio

Angela Erwin has been an integral part of the Finvi team for more than 22 years, maintaining key roles in product development and risk management. Angela’s current role as Vice President, Risk and Compliance, is responsible for creating strategy and structure for integrating security, regulatory compliance, and privacy requirements into the company-wide product development lifecycle so that Finvi’s products and services meet applicable regulatory, security, and privacy standards. In 2020 Angela received an international award from Women in Compliance, Compliance Innovator of the Year, for her work in the use of Texting in the ARM industry.

Robert Fleu

General Counsel

Bio

Robert Fleu has more than 20 years of experience in advising companies on complex legal and business issues. He has conducted extensive merger and acquisition activity, with an interest in private equity and venture capital transactions. In his previous General Counsel role, Bob oversaw contractual and intellectual property issues, managed employment law matters and ensured regulatory compliance for Waystar, a SaaS-based healthcare payment technology company.
