Finvi's Equal Opportunity Statement
It is the policy of Finvi to provide equal employment opportunities without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, marital status, veteran status, gender identity, sexual orientation, genetic information or any other protected characteristic under applicable law. This policy relates to all phases of employment, including, but not limited to, recruitment or recruitment advertising, hiring, placement, promotion, transfer, demotion, layoff, recall, reduction of workforce and termination, rates of pay or other forms of compensation, selection for training, including apprenticeship, the use of all facilities, and participation in all company-sponsored employee activities. Provisions in applicable laws providing for bona fide occupational qualifications, business necessity or age limitations will be adhered to by the company where appropriate.
Employees and applicants of Finvi will not be subjected to any form of harassment or discrimination for exercising rights protected by, or because of their participation in an investigation or compliance review related to, the Americans With Disabilities Act, Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act of 1974, the Veterans Employment Opportunities Act of 1998, or any other federal or state non-discrimination law, rule, or regulation. Such rights include protection against discrimination on the basis of a person’s relationship or association with a protected veteran.
If you believe that you have been discriminated against in any manner as described above, you should notify People Operations (peopleoperations@finvi.com). Finvi will continue to direct management personnel to take such action as may be required to prevent behavior prohibited by this policy. All matters will be investigated, and appropriate disciplinary action will be taken, up to and including termination of employment, if necessary. Retaliation against anyone who complains of or witnesses behavior contrary to this policy is also prohibited. To report retaliation, contact People Operations.
As a federal contractor and as required by law, Finvi also maintains affirmative action programs to implement its equal employment opportunity policy for individuals with disabilities and protected veterans. Employees or applicants who wish to review the full narrative (non-data) portion of Finvi’s affirmative action program for individuals with disabilities or protected veterans may schedule an appointment to do so by contacting People Operations during normal business hours.
The Section 503/VEVRAA Affirmative Action Officer has been assigned to direct the establishment and monitor the implementation of personnel procedures to guide our affirmative action programs for individuals with disabilities and protected veterans throughout Finvi and to make supervisors aware of these policies and procedures. Each supervisor of the company needs to be aware of these policies and procedures and is responsible for being aware of and cooperating with their implementation.
Signed,

Tim O’Brien
