Artiva HCx is now part of VisiQuate

Announced November 4, 2026, Finvi sold its Artiva HCx business to VisiQuate, a healthcare revenue cycle technology company. This move provides Artiva HCx clients with a strong path forward under a company dedicated to healthcare revenue cycle technology, while allowing Finvi to focus its resources and investment on the third-party collections market.

VisiQuate will continue to support and invest in Artiva HCx, bringing together its revenue cycle intelligence, analytics, AI, and automation capabilities with Artiva HCx’s proven workflow technology and expertise.

Current Artiva HCx clients will continue to receive support for their existing products and contracts as Finvi and VisiQuate collaborate to support a smooth transition.
