Prior to joining, he spent seven years working at Bank of America, primarily managing collections segmentation strategies for BAC's US, Canadian, and European credit card portfolios.

Steve enjoys working with clients, creating new and unique helpful utilities, and removing friction from processes to offer seamless user experiences.

Beth Waters is the Director of Product Management for the ARM production team at Finvi. Using market research, Beth leads the team in strategizing, managing, and identifying improvements for the ARM market, including planning product requirements and product development. Beth has been with Finvi for 27 years with the past 18 years in product management roles.
